With the Essentials package, we focus on copying your content over mostly as-is, with only light rearranging when needed. With the Revamp package, we take a more intentional approach—reworking layouts and rewriting sections into cleaner, more skimmable content that’s easier to read and navigate, while still using the tools available on your platform.

No. After your initial setup is complete, ongoing changes and edits are handled by your team. We provide training and best-practice guidance based on our experience so you can confidently manage your site going forward. Office Hours are online, group-style drop-in sessions where Site Setup clients can pop in to ask a question, talk something through, or get clarity after launch. There’s no formal meeting and no pressure. You’re welcome to join for a few minutes or stay longer.
