You’ll receive a link to your Sites Care Request Form, where you can submit updates anytime. Requests are completed in order of submission, and we’ll keep you updated as each task is finished.
The Sites Care plan has a 6-month initial term, which helps us establish your systems, preferences, and workflow. After the first 6 months, your plan continues on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled anytime with written notice.
Additional time is billed at $50/hour in 30-minute increments. We’ll always check with you before going over your included hours.
Time does not roll over month-to-month. Each retainer covers a fresh 5 hours of support, which ensures consistent updates and gives us time to care for all our clients each month.
The first month is prorated based on when you sign up. Following that, invoices are sent automatically on the 1st of each month. You can choose to set up auto-payments for convenience, or pay manually each month by credit card or ACH.
Once you complete the sign-up form, you’ll receive an agreement, and your first prorated invoice. Once payment is received, we’ll schedule your intake call to set up your access preferences, automation options, and weekly update process.
